摘要
大学生党建工作是高校党建工作重要组成部分,是高校思想政治教育工作重要载体,对于培养社会可靠建设者与合格接班人有着极其重要意义。要切实做好大学生党建工作,重视和探究大学生党建工作中存在的诸多问题,提出对策:鼓励教工党员参与学生党建;加大思想教育引导力度;缓解党员数量不均状况;重视党员继续教育。
Party construction for college students is a fundamental carrier of ideological and political education in universities. It is especially important for cultivating reliable constructors and qualified successors for the socialist construction. Nowadays, the focus of party construction for college students lies in such feasible steps as paying more attention to existing problems, encouraging teachers and other stuff to participate in party construction, solving the imbalanced distribution of party members and taking other effective measures.
