摘要
目的观察自拟蚣元定痛方配合腰夹脊电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法选腰椎间盘突出症患者69例,辨证分为六种证型,用自拟蚣元定痛方辨证加减,配合腰部夹脊穴电针治疗,经治1个疗程14 d后判断疗效。结果经过治疗的69例中,临床治愈41例,好转25例,无效3例,总有效率为95.65%。结论自拟蚣元定痛方配合腰夹脊电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著。
Objective To observe clinical effect on Gong Yuan Ding Tong Decoction combined with electroacupuncture in lumbar Jiaji in the treatment of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods 69 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc were selected and divided into 6 syndromes types, they were given self-made Gong Yuan Ding Tong Decoction with dialectical addition and subtraction combined with lumbar Jiaji electroacupuncture, the efficacy was judged after 14 days of a course of treatment. Results In 69 cases, 41 cases were cured, 25 cases improved, 3 cases were invalid, the total effi- ciency was 95.65%. Conclusion Gong Yuan Ding Tong Decoction combined with electroacupuncture in lumbar Jiaji in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc has a remarkable curative effect.
