摘要
目的:考察用HPLC法检测奥美拉唑含量时,3种不同色谱条件对测定结果的影响。方法:应用HPLC法,分别建立C8-乙腈体系、C8-甲醇体系、C18-甲醇体系并分别测定奥美拉唑3个厂家制剂的含量,对含量测定结果进行统计学分析。结果:各个厂家制剂中奥美拉唑的含量测定在C8-乙腈体系、C8-甲醇体系、C18-甲醇体系3种不同体系下是一致的,无显著性差异。结论:奥美拉唑在3种不同色谱条件下进行含量测定,其测定方法无显著性差异。
Objective： To investigate the influencing effect of determination of omeprazole on three chromatographic conditions, neth- ads： C8-aeetonitrile system, C8-methanol system and C18 methanol system were established respectively for the determination of omepra- zole by HPLC, and the statistical results were analyzed. Results： There was no significant difference in C8-acetonitrile system, C8- methanol system and C18 methanol system of determination of omeprazole. Conclusion： There is no significant difference among these three chromatographic conditions by HPLC.
