摘要
目的积累内镜诊断及处理上消化道异物的经验。方法回顾性分析2007年7月～2010年7月60例患者内镜下胆道取石网篮取上消化道异物的方法。结果 60例异物经内镜均成功完成操作,操作过程中未出现上消化道黏膜损伤、大出血、穿孔等严重并发症。结论内镜下治疗消化道异物必须了解发病过程以及异物的种类、形状、大小、吞服的时间、停留的部位,选择适当的时间、准确的治疗方法,对防止并发症的发生起着重要的作用,且应用胆道取石网篮套取上消化道异物是安全、有效的。
Objective To accumulate experience for endoscopic diagnosis and the treatment of upper gastrointestinal foreign body.Methods A retrospective analysis of 60 patients underwent choledocholithotomy from July 2007 to July 2010 was performed and the methods of extracting upper gastrointestinal foreign bodies from the baskets were summarized.Results Foreign bodies were successfully extracted through endoscope in all 60 cases and no serious complications such as upper gastrointestinal mucosal injury,bleeding or perforation occurred during the surgery.Conclusion A good understanding of the disease process,as well as the type,shape,size,swallowed time and site of stay of foreign bodies and selection of appropriate time and accurate treatment method play important role in the prevention of the occurrence of complications during endoscopic treatment of gastrointestinal foreign body.Extraction of gastrointestinal foreign bodies with choledocholithotomy basket is safe and effective.
