摘要
目的探讨畸形胎儿引产孕妇的心理反应,确认及时有效的心理护理对畸形胎儿引产孕妇的积极意义,促进患者尽快恢复健康,提高其生存质量。方法对24例胎儿畸形且实施引产的孕妇进行心理反应分析,且对其心理反应进行针对性的心理护理,并根据患者的实际情况对其护理措施给予及时调整。结果患者经心理护理后其焦虑情况及情绪情感均得到良好改善,所有孕妇均成功进行引产治疗,且患者预后良好,均治愈出院。结论心理反应分析及针对性的心理护理措施对畸形胎儿引产孕妇的引产成功率及良好预后有重要意义。
Objective To explore the psychological reactions of fetal malformation induction of labor in pregnant women,and to determine the positive significance of the timely and effective psychological care for induced labor pregnant women with fetal malformation,so as to promote the patient back to health as soon as possible and improve their quality of life.Methods The psychological reaction of 24 cases of induced labor pregnant women with fetal malformation were analyzed and the targeted psychological care were adopted,and the nursing measures were adjusted timely according to the practical situation of patients.Results Patients＇ anxiety as well as mood and emotion were well improved after the psychological nursing,all the pregnant women were given induced labor treatment successfully,and had a good prognosis,all the patients were cured and discharged.Conclusion The psychological reaction analysis and targeted psychological care measures have an important meaning to the success rate of the deformed fetus induced abortion of pregnant women and good prognosis.
