摘要
目的通过调查分析真空采血标本不合格的护理因素,探讨相关的护理对策及效果。方法总结分析真空采血不合格血液标本36例,分析导致标本不合格的护理原因,制定相应的应对措施应用于实验组(2010年2月～2011年2月的2135例献血者)的真空采血过程中,观察应用护理对策后的标本合格率。结果实验组真空采血标本不合格共7例,标本合格率为99.67%;不合格原因为ALT检测不合格4例、采血量不足2例、标本溶血1例。结论造成真空采血标本不合格的护理因素有许多方面,通过加强对采血人员的培训以提高其护理技能,制定相应的护理对策并严格实施,有利于降低因护理因素所导致的血液标本不合格现象。
Objective To discuss the related nursing countermeasures and effect by survey and analyze the unqualified reason of vacuum draw blood specimen.Methods Thirty-six unqualified blood specimen were summarized and analyzed,the unqualified nursing reason of vacuum draw blood specimen was analyzed,and the corresponding measures were formulated for using in experimental group（2 135 cases of blood donors from February 2010 to February 2011） during the process of vacuum draw blood,the qualification rate of specimens was observed after the application of nursing countermeasures.Results There were 7 unqualified vacuum draw blood specimen in experimental group,the qualified rate of specimen was 99.67%.The unqualified causes were unqualified ALT detection in 4 cases,blood sampling insufficient in 2 cases,specimen hemolysis in 1 case.Conclusion There are many factors of nursing to cause unqualified reason of vacuum draw blood specimen,nursing technical manipulation will be improved by strengthen the training and corresponding nursing countermeasures are formulated and carried out strictly,which is beneficial to reduce the unqualified phenomenon of blood specimen due to nursing factor.
