摘要
高校辅导员队伍专业化建设进程中存在着理念不够清晰、内容比较繁杂、资源共享平台尚不完善等问题。为此,可借鉴国外学生工作管理模式,丰富辅导员专业化建设理论体系;凝练多学科理论基础,丰富专业化建设内容;充分发掘和利用教育资源,共筑专业化建设资源共享平台。
Problems have arisen in the process of professionalizing the college advisors team including fuzzy understanding, overloaded content and imperfect resource sharing platform. This paper suggests importing foreign student management models to enrich the theoretical system of advisors＇ professionalization, using multidisciplinary theories to enrich the content, and fully exploring all educational resources to build a sharing platform.
