摘要 随着高等教育国际化、大众化、现代化的进程加快,我国中外合作办学得到迅速发展。在引进国外优质教育资源,促进我国教育国际化方面起到了积极的推动作用,但也面临着一些新的情况。针对中美会计合作培养存在的问题,提出优化中外合作培养会计的人才培养方案,完善中外合作培养人才的质量保障体系,引进高水平外籍教师,加强中外合作办学师资队伍建设,专业教育融合跨文化教育等对策。 With the internationalization, popularization and modernization of higher education, the process of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools get rapid development. The introduction of foreign high-quality educational resources to promote the internationalization of education in China has played a positive role in promoting, hut also there are some problems in Sino-foreign cooperation. We concerned on the training accounting personnel and gave a way to improve Sino-foreign cooperative cultivating talent quality assurance system. Through the introduction of high-level foreign teachers to strengthen Sino-foreign cooperative education faculty building fusion cross-cultural and professional education for the problems of the Sino-US cooperation in training on accounting optimizationeducation and other countermeasures.
