摘要
目的有效避免母婴同室护理安全隐患,降低母婴同室护理缺陷,确保母婴安全。方法强化护理安全管理在母婴同室中的应用,加强护理人员安全教育培训和母婴同室病区安全设置,完善、落实各项制度,对母婴同室临床护理工作中存在的护理安全隐患进行识别和评估,及时提出相应的整改措施。并通过定期的护理安全检查,及时发现问题加以整改。结果通过强化护理安全管理在母婴同室中的应用,使护理差错的发生率显著减少,2年来无严重差错及护理纠纷发生,一般差错由2009年的8起下降到2011年的2起,住院产妇及家属对住院满意率达98%以上。结论将护理安全管理应用到母婴同室病房中,可有效减少母婴同室病房护理缺陷,保证了母婴同室病房护理质量。
Objective To avoid the ridden risks of nursing safety in rooming-in care effectively, reduce nursing defects of rooming-in and ensure safety for mater and child. Methods Application of nursing safety management in rooming-in was strengthened, nursing safety management and training and security settings of rooming-in care was strengthened. Every systems was completed, the hidden dangers of clinical nursing in clinical nursing of rooming-in care were identified and assessed, and the appropriate measures were putted forward. Some problems would be found and rectified in time by regular nursing safety inspection. Results The incidence of nursing errors were significantly reduced though strengthening application of nursing safety management in rooming-in care, there was no serious mistakes and nursing disputes in 2 years, there were 2 general error in 2011, the satisfaction in hospital of maternity and their family was 98%. Conclusion Application of nursing safety management in rooming-in can effectively reduce the nursing defects and ensure the nursing quality in rooming-in care.
