摘要
目的探讨拉氧头孢钠治疗Ⅲ～Ⅳ级AECOPD并感染的疗效。方法将本院Ⅲ～Ⅳ级AECOPD并感染患者56例随机分成观察组和对照组,其中观察组给予拉氧头孢钠抗感染,对照组给予其他三代头孢（如头孢噻肟、头孢哌酮、头孢他啶）抗感染,观察其疗效。结果观察组患者症状缓解时间、体温正常时间、住院时间明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组总有效率为96.43%,对照组为71.42%,两者比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组均未见明显副反应发生。结论拉氧头孢钠在Ⅲ~Ⅳ级AECOPD并感染患者中疗效肯定,副作用小,值得应用。
Objective To discuss the effect of latamoxef sodium on AECOPD （Ⅲ-Ⅳ）. Methods Fifty-six cases of AECOPD （Ⅲ-Ⅳ） in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given latamoxef sodium to fight inflammation and the control group was given other third-generation cephalosporins （such as cefotaxime, cefoperazone, ceftazidime）. The effectiveness were closely observed. Results The time for the symptoms to relief, body temperature to come back to normal and hospitalization time in observation group were obviously shorter than those of the control group （P 0.05）. The total effective rate was 96.43% respectively in the observation group and control group was 71.42%, and there was significant difference between them （P 0.05）. There were no obvious adverse reaction in two groups. Conclusion Latamoxef sodium has good effect and small side effects on AECOPD （Ⅲ-Ⅳ）, it is worth wide application in clinic.
