摘要
提高ICU护士的综合素质各家医院都很重视,在实际工作中也想了不少办法,作出了不少努力,但实际效果却总不令人满意。对此,笔者对三级医院ICU护士综合素质情况进行了广泛而深入的调查研究,分析了当前三级医院ICU护士综合素质不高的原因,提出了应值得重视和改进的问题及方法。
