摘要
门诊药房是医院的一个重要职能部门,其承担着医院药品调配及发放的重要职责。由于多方面原因影响,门诊药房配药差错时有发生,这不仅影响到医院的经营效益,同时还损害患者的生命健康。本文从医院门诊药房配药差错类型着手,分析门诊药房配药差错发生的主要原因,并提出减少门诊药房配药差错对策。
Outpatient pharmacy is an important functional departments of hospital,it is in charge of the redeployment and distribution of drugs in hosipital.Due to many reasons,there are many dispensing mistakes have occurred in outpatient pharmacy,which not only affects the operational efficiency,and also damages to the life and health of the patient who come to the hospital.This paper is proceed from dispensing mistakes type of outpatient pharmacy in hospital,and analyze the main reason for the outpatient pharmacy dispensing mistakes,proposes countermeasures to reduce dispensing mistakes of outpatient pharmacy.
