摘要
备钩藤碱缓释胶囊,延长钩藤碱在胃内的时间。从辅料筛选、颗粒流动性、体外释放度、包装环境的选择等几个方面进行考察。筛选出缓释处方为药物∶乙基纤维素(EC)∶硬脂酸(C18H36O2)∶淀粉(1∶1%∶1%∶3),测定所制颗粒的休止角为29.62°,堆密度为0.63 g/mL,临界相对湿度为68%,选用3号胶囊进行装量。本成型工艺简单,颗粒流动性好,利于制粒。临界相对湿度在68%,比较可控。制成的胶囊具有缓释性。
Rhynchophylline Sustained Release Capsule can extend the time of Rhynchophylline in stomach.The filtration on adjuvant,the fluency of particles,in vitro release,and the packing environment were investigated.The extended-release prescription was that the adjuvant was chosen 3 times starch,1%EC,1%C18H36O2,the zero angle was 29.62°,the bulk density was 0.63 g/mL,the critical relative humidity was 68%,and type 3 capsule selected.The pharmaceutical technique chosen was superior in particle fluency and in granulation.The critical relative humidity was 68%,which was a relatively controllable level.Rhynchophylline Sustained Release Capsule had remarkably sustained release action.
