摘要
目的观察干扰素在治疗慢性乙型肝炎过程中的不良反应,探讨减轻不良反应的护理措施,提高对慢性乙型肝炎患者干扰素治疗的依从性,保证患者能足量足疗程使用干扰素。方法对2011年1月-2012年7月我院收治的78例慢性乙型肝炎患者在干扰素治疗过程中出现的不良反应进行观察,并采取有效的护理措施和护理干预。结果 78例患者中出现流感样综合征的50例,占64.1%;乏力32例,占40%;食欲不振、恶心25例,占32.5%;失眠15例,占19.23%;烦躁不安6例,占8%;脱发5例,占6.41%。给予护理措施干预后,患者均能足量足疗程完成干扰素的治疗。结论干扰素的不良反应是可预见和可处理的,通过恰当的护理干预,可以帮助患者顺利完成干扰素治疗的整个过程。
Objective To observe the adverse reactions of interferon in the treatment for chronic hepatitis B,discuss the nursing measures in order to reduce adverse reactions,improve the compliance of interferon treatment and ensure the patients had interferon treatment full dose and full process.Methods 78 cases of patients sufferring chronic hepatitis B with interferon treatment were collected from January,2011 to July,2012,to observe adverse reactions and to take effective nursing measures.Results Of the 78 patients sufferring chronic hepatitis B,64.1 percent of them had the influenza-like symptom,40 percent of them had fatigue,32.5 percent of them had no appetite and nausea,19.23 percent of them had ahypnosis,8 percent of them had fidgets,6.41 percent of them had lipsotrichia.The patients can had interferon treatment full dose and full process after the nursing management.Conclusion Adverse reactions of interferon can be predicted and treated.The patients could be treated by interferon successfully through appropriate nursing measures.
