摘要
目的探讨米氮平(商品名:瑞美隆)联合心理护理对缓解肺癌中重度抑郁状态的作用。方法将50例由我院心理科医生协助诊断的中重度抑郁的肺癌患者随机分成干预组25例,对照组25例。对照组给予常规心理护理,干预组在常规心理护理的基础上,在心理医生的指导下应用抗抑郁药瑞美隆,分别于治疗前及规律治疗1个月后,应用Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)、中国癌症患者化学生物治疗生活质量量表(QLQ-CCC)、卡式功能量表(KPS),由心理科医生协助评定患者抑郁状态及生活质量。结果治疗前,两组抑郁自评量表、生活质量量表、卡式功能量表评分差异无统计学意义,具有可比性(P>0.05)。规律治疗1个月后,治疗组与对照组对比,SDS评分明显降低(P<0.01),QLQ-CCC各项评分及KPS评分明显升高(P<0.05)。结论瑞美隆联合心理护理可以显著改善肺癌中重度抑郁患者的抑郁状态、提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of mirtazapine combined with mental nursing on middle or severe depression of lung cancer patients.Methods Fifty lung cancer patients diagnosed middle or severe depression by psychiatrist were randomly assigned to therapy group and control group,25 cases in each group.All the patients received routine mental nursing,and therapy group was given mirtazapine.The patients′ depression state and the life quality were assessed by Zung-SDS,QLQ-CCC and KPS before therapy and a month after therapy.Results Before therapy,the score of Zung-SDS,QLQ-CCC and KPS were similar in the two groups（P0.05）.A month after therapy,SDS score of therapy group decreased more obviously than that of control group（P0.01）,and the QLQ-CCC and KPS score increased more obviously（P0.05）.Conclusion Mirtazapine combined with mental nursing can release the middle or severe depression,improve the life quality of lung cancer patients.
