摘要
基层中医医院存在着临床中药使用率低;临方炮制、药引、制剂工艺的缺失;中西药联合用药不合理;中药临床药学工作开展进度缓慢;中药人才地位偏低等问题。笔者从上述几方面阐述基层中医医院中药学发展的现状,分析问题形成的原因,提出对策和建议,促进基层中医药事业的发展。
A lot of problems have existed in the basic hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,such as the low utilization rate of traditional Chinese medicine,the loss of prescription-based processing methods,pieces of chinese herbal medicine and the preparation technology,the unreasonable combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,the slow progress of clinical traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy,the lower status of the professionals of traditional Chinese medicine.According to the following aspects,the article is trying to discuss the development of pharmacy of traditional Chinese medicine in basic hospital.We will analyze the reasons of following problems and provide the corresponding rec ommendations and strategies in order to promote the development of Chinese medicine cause.
