摘要
骨质疏松症是与年龄相关的一种全身性疾病,也是有关骨骼的一个世界性健康问题,其特征性表现为骨量减少及骨质的微观结构发生退化,常见并发症为各种脆性骨折。如何防治骨质疏松症尤其是老年性骨质疏松症是当前医学研究的重点和热点。本文从老年性骨质疏松症的概念、发病机制、综合防治措施进行综述。
Osteoporosis is a systemic age-related diseases,and also is about the bones of a worldwide health problem,the characteristic performance is of the microscopic structure of bone loss and bone degradation.Common complication is for a variety of brittle fracture.And how to prevent and treat osteoporosis especially senile osteoporosis is the hotspot and focus of medical research.The concept,pathogenesis,comprehensive prevention and control measures of senile osteoporosis are reviewed in this article.
