摘要
德国中等教育三元制的长处在于不仅对优秀人才进行充分教育,同时还对二流的平庸的能力加以培养。这种强调给予个体以适合其能力倾向的教育的三元制,与西方其他多数国家的综合中学模式形成鲜明的对比,体现了一种务实的教育公平之道。
The strength of the tripartite system in secondary education in Germany lies not only in educating the first-grade ability, but also in making good use of all second-grade ability. This model with its aim giving individuals of different ability appropriate education, in contrast to the model of comprehensive middle school, embodies a different idea of educational equity.
