摘要
[目的]研究三级综合医院神经内科护理人员对目前护理人力配置和护理人员分层的观点、认识和态度。[方法]采用质性研究现象学研究法,深入访谈6名神经内科护理人员,并用Colaizzi’s 7步分析法分析资料。[结果]目前护理人力配置总体不足,导致护患比的要求难以真正落实、优质护理难以深入开展和推进、护理文书记录过于简化而无法追溯、个性化健康宣教难以真正落实;人员配置充足前提下的合理分层可以促进护理工作的精细化并提高护理质量。[结论]护理人力配置的数量和结构是影响护理质量的重要因素,护理人力配置数量必须满足病人日益增长的护理服务需求,分层管理是促进护理人员专业化发展的必然趋势,因此应重视护理人力资源的分层配置管理,以推进护理管理改革,促进护理事业的发展。
Objective: To study the views, understanding and attitudes of nurses in neurological department in three grade A general hospitals for the current nurse staffing and stratification. Methods: The phenomenological qualitative study was adopted and six nurses from the neurological ward re ceived the in-depth interviews. Data were analyzed by Colaizzi's seven-- step analysis methods. Results: Inadequate nurse staffing caused tile diffi culty to reach the nurse - patient ratio standard, difficulty to develop and advance the high quality of nursing care,the nursing documentation was oversimplified and unable to trace,difficult to truly implement the individu alized health education;under the premise of staffing sufficient,the reason- able stratification can promote the refinement of the nursing work and im prove the nursing quality. Conclusion:The number and structure of nurse staffing are important factors affecting the quality of care,and the number of nurse staffing must meet the patients'growing nursing demand,hierar chical management is an inevitable trend to promote the development of nurses specialization, so we should think highly of the layered configuration management of human resources, so as to promote the care and manage ment reform,and promote the development of the nursing profession.
