通过调节风冷线跌落段增速、增上0#风机、1#风机扩容、一段风冷辊道速度上调等措施,对帘线钢的斯太尔摩冷却模式进行优化。索氏体化率、网状碳化物、性能通条均匀性等指标均得到改善,产品得到客户的一致好评。
Some measures have been taken such as increasing the speed of drop section of air cooling line, adding # 0 fan, #1 fan expansion, increasing speed of a section air cooling roller , optimizing Stelmor cooling mode of tire cord steel, which improves the indexes of Sorbitic rate , network carbide and the even property of wire rod.
