摘要
通过对老式机架辊典型故障及存在的问题进行分析，找出原因，在新设备上通过优化设计，改善机架辊箱体的密封防水性能，增加防过载装置及机架保护等设计，从而大幅提高了设备的可靠性。
The cause had been found out by analyzing the typical malfunction on the old-style stand roll and the existing problems. The reliability of the equipment had been greatly improved by optimizing the design of new equipments, im- proving the seal and waterproofing of the stand roll housing, increasing overload prevention device and the stand protection.
