摘要
目前采用温拌技术和再生技术的沥青混凝土以其节能减排、资源再利用等特性,越来越受到社会的关注。为此结合温拌沥青混凝土技术和再生沥青混凝土技术,通过对回收旧料的分析,对温拌再生沥青混凝土的旧料加热温度、拌和温度、拌和时间等方面进行有效控制,并在不同的沥青掺量下进行混合料马歇尔试验,验证生产温拌再生沥青混凝土的可行性。经试验结果分析,温拌沥青混合料性能与同类型热拌沥青混合料相比,不仅节能减排效果明显,而且路用性能相当,显示出其良好的工程适用性。
At present warm recycled asphalt has received more and more attention its benefits of saving energy,reducing emission and reusing waste resource.This paper focuses on the performance of warm recycled asphaltwhich combinwarm asphalt technology and recycled asphalt technology.By analyzing waste asphalt,the parameters of producing warm recycled asphalt are obtained,including heating temperature of waste asphalt,mixing temperature and mixing time.The Marshall tests with different asphalt content are conducted, which proves the feasibility of producing warm recycled asphalt.Comparing with hot asphalt mixture,warm recycled asphalt mixture has significant effect of saving energy and reducing emission,and shows excellent performance.
