摘要
钢管桩具有施工速度快、桩身质量优、抗弯以及竖向承载力高等优点,但钢管桩的造价高,施工时有振动和噪声,同时有挤土效应,桩身还需采取防腐蚀措施。钻孔灌注桩具有对施工设备要求相对不高,造价相对低廉的优点,适用范围比较广泛,但对于长桩应特别注意控制施工质量,并且在上海地区的大直径钻孔灌注桩应采取桩底压注水泥浆的措施以提高承载力。结合上海A15公路(浦西段)大蒸港主桥和斜塘主桥两座大跨度桥梁工程,就此两种桩型的桥梁基础从施工条件、造价、工期、质量控制等方面进行分析比较,认为两种桩型各具特点,都是适用和成熟的方案。结合经济技术比较的情况和建设单位的建议,最终确定采用钻孔灌注桩方案。
The steel pipe pile has many advantages including rapid construction,good pipe construction quality,high bending and vertical bearing capacity,while the shortcomings such as high construction cost,vibration and noise during construction period as well as soil compaction effect existed with special corrosion protected.On the other hand,the concrete bored pile has relatively low construction equipment requirement with lower cost.It has been very widely used.For the long bored pile,special attention should be given to the construction quality control.In Shanghai area,post grouting in the pile bottom is commonly used for the large diameter bored piles to increase the bearing capacity.Based on the Dazhenggang Bridge and Xietang Bridge in Shanghai A15 Highway(Puxi section),this paper compare these two kinds of bridge foundation according the construction conditions,investment cost,time requirement and quality control etc.It is believed that both pipes have their own advantages,and considered to be suitable and sophisticated options for the project.The concrete bored pile has been finally adopted for its economical and technical consideration,as well as the client's preference.
