摘要
官地水电站碾压混凝土重力坝浇筑工程量大,工期紧,质量控制难度大。监理在对碾压混凝土原材料及混凝土拌和、运输、卸料、摊铺、碾压等工序进行质量控制的基础上,根据大坝碾压混凝土施工的特点采取了针对性的质量控制措施,有效保证了碾压混凝土的施工质量,取得了良好的效果。
Construction of Guandi hydropower RCC gravity dam has the characteristics of large quantities, short construction period and difficulty of quality control. Supervising engineers controlled the construction quality of RCC in the aspects such as raw materials and concrete mixing, transportation, unloading, paving, rolling, etc. On this basis, according to the characteristics of RCC construction, supervising engineers carried out some targeting quality control measures which guaranteed the RCC construction quality effectively and good results were achieved.
