摘要
介绍南水北调中线天津干线工程TJ4-1项目混凝土箱涵采用地质雷达、工程地震直达波、超声波进行混凝土无损检测。这些检测方法速度快,混凝土内部缺陷检测直观,并且对混凝土无损伤。通过这3种方法的检测,混凝土箱涵底板整体均匀性好,无异物、空洞和软弱夹层,无明显质量缺陷,抗压强度平均值为36.15MPa,强度指标整体情况良好。箱涵边墙与隔墙混凝土抗压强度平均值为35.4MPa,强度指标整体性好。
This paper gives a presentation of the undamaged test of box culvert concrete under Item TJ4-- 1 of Tianjin Trunk, which was conducted using geological radar, engineering seismic direct wave and ultra- sonic wave for construction of the South--to--North water diversion middle route project. This testing method is characterized by being quick, direct--viewing of fault in concrete and not causing damage. The test conducted using these three methods shows that the integral uniformity of the concrete box culvert floor is desirable, and no foreign object, no cavity, no soft bedding and no significant quality defect were found, and the average value of compressive strength is 36.15 MPa and the strength index is satisfactory as a whole. The average value of compressive strength of the box culvert side wall and partition wall concrete is 35.4MPa, presenting: a ~ood strength index inte^ritv.
