摘要
1目的 比较 70 6代血浆与低分子右旋糖酐治疗急性脑梗死的效果。 2方法 对急性脑梗死病人分别进行静脉滴注 70 6代血浆 (n=40 )或低分子右旋糖酐 (n=36 )等进行治疗 ,比较两者的疗效。 3结果 两组近期疗效差异无显著性 (u=1.0 3,P>0 .0 5 ) ,低分子右旋糖酐组可出现轻微副作用。 4结论 70 6代血浆和低分子右旋糖酐治疗急性脑梗死近期疗效相当 。
Objective\ To compare the therapeutic effect of hydroxyethyl starch and dextran 40 in treating 76 cases of acute cerebral infarction.\ Methods\ Acute cerebral infarction were dripped intravenously with hydroxyethyl starch ( n =40) and dextran 40 ( n =36).\ Results\ There was no significant difference in the therapeutic effect between the two groups ( u=1.03,P >0.05). Dextrans might result in slight side effect.\ Conclusion\ The therapeutic effect of hydroxyethyl starach and dextran 40 are similar. [
