摘要
试验以生料釉为基础,研究了生料钙质无光釉的制备方法和各种工艺制度。采用以石英、长石、高岭土等矿物原料作为基础的原料,通过改善配方组成、改进烧成制度,工艺条件的控制及对生料无光釉的理化性能进行测试,研制出生产成本较低的生料钙质无光釉。
Based on raw glazes, this experiment studies and aims to master the raw material of calcium matte glaze preparation and a va- riety of technology systems, with quartz, feldspar, kaolinclay mineral--based raw materials. By improving the composition formula,im- proving the firing system, by the process control, and to test physical and chemical properties on the raw material of matte glaze, finally it develops low--cost raw material calcium matte glaze.
