非球面透镜表面特性理论分析

摘要 非球面透镜在一些高精度的光学系统变得越来越重要。并且与其他光学透镜一样,其表面必须在面形精度和表面粗糙度上满足相同的质量标准。本文从理论上对非球面透镜表面特性进行了深入地研究,提出了非球面透镜表面特征的计算方法,并给出了计算非球面透镜表面特性公式,并且分析了非球面透镜表面特性的拟合误差。以K9玻璃非球面光学透镜为例,详细讨论了其表面特性函数。结果表明,非球面透镜表面特征函数具有较高的精度,其拟合误差优于±30nm。 Aspherical surfaces become more important in some high precision optical systems.They must conform the same quality criteria of form and roughness to the other surfaces.In this paper,through the research on the surface characteristics of asphere,a new formula for calculating aspherical lens surface profiles has been derived and the fitting error of the aspherical lens surface profiles has been analyzed.Take K9 glass asphere lens as an example,it discussed in details on the surface characteristics functions.The results show that the fitting error is smaller than ±30nm.
