摘要
本文对耐高温碱性木聚糖酶WJ-1助漂蔗渣烧碱浆的条件进行优化,并进一步与商品木聚糖酶AU-PE89助漂效果进行对比。研究结果表明,耐高温碱性木聚糖酶WJ-1的适应性较广,在高温85~90℃、pH 8.2~9.0范围都可以发挥其有效的助漂作用,其助漂蔗渣烧碱浆的较优条件为:酶用量2u/g(绝干浆)、温度85℃、pH值8.2、反应时间30min。两种木聚糖酶对蔗渣烧碱浆D0EpD1漂白的助漂试验结果也表明:该耐高温碱性木聚糖酶WJ-1的预处理对提高蔗渣烧碱浆漂后纸张的白度,效果较好。
In this paper,the pretreatment conditions of thermostable and alkaline tolerant xylanase W J-1 were opti- mized in bleaching of bagasse soda pulp, and the bleaching effects were compared with those of commercial xyla- nase AU-PE89 . The research results showed that the xylanase W J-1 had a wider adaptability, which played its effective bleaching effect in the high temperature 85 - 90℃ and pH8.2 - 9.0, and the optimal pretreatment condi- tions were: enzyme dosage 2u/g (o. d pulp),temperature 85℃ ,pHS. 2,the reaction time 30 rain. The tests about two kinds of xylanase pretreatment before DoEpD, bleaching for bagasse soda pulp showes that the thermostable and alkaline tolerant xylanase W J-1 was better than the commercial xylanase in improving pulp brightness.
