摘要
现有白卡纸防油技术分为浆内添加和表面施涂两种方式,添加的主要原料是氟碳化合物。由于长链碳氟化合物难以降解,食品包装安全要求难以保证,而碳链短的氟碳化合物又存在防油效果差的问题,所以在食品包装安全要求越来越严的形势下,改性防油淀粉的使用,在一定程度上可以解决这个问题。本文介绍改性防油淀粉在防油功能纸张上的应用效果。
There are two ways of adding grease resistence agent with the existing technology: wet-section adding and surface sizing. Both these two ways, the main raw material is fluorocarbon. Due to the long carbon chain fluor- ide is hard to be degraded. The safety of food packaging paper adding long chain fluorocarbon is difficult to guaran- tee. And the short carbon chain fluoride is not good at the paper grease resistence. The use of new modified oil- proof starch could make this problem to be solved partly. This paper introduces the result of applying modified oil- proof starch in paper with grease resistence function.
