摘要
目的:寻求治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的有效方法。方法:将70例慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者随机分为针刺组(阴-阳配穴法)与药物对照组(内服舍尼通片)进行疗效比较。结果:针刺组的有效率为97.2%,愈显率为91.5%;药物对照组有效率为74.3%,愈显率为31.4%。经统计学处理,两组疗效总有效率差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),两组愈显率相比有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。结论:阴-阳配穴法针刺治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床疗效明显优于药物治疗。
Objective： To explore a modus operandi for chronic non - bacterial prostatitis. Methods： Seventy subjects were randomized into two groups：observation group in which 35 cases were treated with acupuncture （ Yin - Yang point compatibility）, and control group in which 35 cases were treated by drugs （ Prostat Tablets for oral use）. Results：There was a significant difference in clinical efficacy between observation group and control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, There was a significant difference in recovery and excellence rates between observation group and control group（P 〈0.01 ）. The clinical efficacy of acupuncture group was 97.2% ,the recovery and excel- lence rate was 91.5%. And the control group was 74.3% and 31.4% respectively. Conchmion：Acupuncture （ Yin - Yang point compatibility） for chronic non - bacterial prostatitis is more effective titan control group.
