摘要
"健康第一"指导思想的发展与其所依赖的社会生态环境有着千丝万缕的联系,基于此,本文在阐述社会生态环境提供了"健康第一"指导思想发展生存土壤的基础上剖析了社会生态中各因素的角色担当,即经济担当物质基础、政治担当方向引领、文化担当价值取向选择、教育担当制度保障,继而指出了当代"健康第一"指导思想发展现实路径的选择:夯实与改善其物质基础、丰富与提升其诉求内涵、凝聚与提炼其精粹、巩固与提高其教育地位。
The development of health-oriented idea is inextricably linked to the social ecology it relies on.The article expounds that the environment of social ecology provides the soil for the development of health-oriented idea and then analyzes the role playing of social ecology factors： the economy plays a material basis,the politics plays a direction,the culture plays value orientation choice,and education plays an institutional guarantee;the paper points out the selection of current path for health-oriented idea： tamping and improving its material basis,enhancing and promoting its appeal connotation,agglomerating and refining its essencing,consolidating and raising its educational status.
