摘要 基于美国微芯公司的dsPIC33FJ06GS402系列数字处理控制器,设计了1种200 W并网光伏微逆变器方案,采用交错反激电路实现太阳电池的最大功率点跟踪,具有高压直流电压纹波小,功率开关器件电流应力小等特点,同时实现了电网隔离,给出了电路的具体设计.微逆变器的控制采用状态机实现,给出了系统软件流程图. The scheme design of 200 W grid-connected solar microinverter based on microchip's dsPIC33FJ06GS402 series of digital processing controller (DSC) is introduced. The interleaved flyback circuit is used in solar maximum power point tracking and to convert wide input PV panel voltage into rectified high-voltage AC, which has high-voltage DC voltage small ripple and power device small current stress. The detailed design of microinverter and system software flow chart are given.
