摘要 血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)特异性的作用于内皮细胞,通过增加血管内皮的有丝分裂及促进血管内皮细胞迁移,重塑细胞外基质并增加血管通透性,促进肿瘤血管生成,与肺癌的发生发展有密切关系。在肺癌组织中,VEGF呈现高表达,且与转移和预后相关;VEGF的高表达增加了非小细胞肺癌放疗的抗拒性,放疗与VEGF抑制剂的联合作用可以提高放疗的敏感性。本文对VEGF的结构和功能、VEGF与肺癌的关系以及VEGF与非小细胞肺癌放疗的研究进展进行了回顾性综述。 Vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF) is an endothelial cell-specific factor which plays a critical role in angiogenesis and progression of lung cancer. It can stimulate the growth of pathological blood ves-sel by promoting the multiplication and migration of endothelial cells,remodeling extraeellular matrix and enhan-cing vascular permeability. VEGF overexpression in tumor tissues is related with metastasis and prognosis of lung cancer patients, and it increases the radiation resistance of non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). The combination of radiotherapy with VEGF inhibitors could improve the sensitivity of radiotherapy. This article is a retrospective review of VEGF regarding its structure, function and the relationship between lung cancer and research progress related to the effect of VEGF in radiotheranv of NSCLC.
