摘要
分析高职酒店专业在"双证书"制度实施中存在的问题,如专业人才培养的阶段对接欠讲究、国家职业标准的导向作用弱化、人才培养的途经研究没有引起足够重视等。并有针对性地提出相应的对策。
There are many problems in the implementation of the ＂double-certificate＂ system for hotel management majors in vocational colleges such as the deficiencies in the stage connections of the professional personnel training, the weakening of the guiding function of the National Occupational Standards and the lack of attention in the re search of＇ the ways of the personnel training. This essay analyzes the problems as well as giving relevant solutions.
