摘要
对某公司减压塔顶二级抽空冷却器浮头钩圈失效问题进行了系统的分析与测试,结果表明,钩圈失效为湿硫化氢环境下的应力腐蚀开裂,Cl-的存在及晶间腐蚀促进了腐蚀开裂的发生。针对失效原因提出了相应的防治措施。
A series of tests and failure analysis on the backing device of secondary condenser which is on the top of vacuum distillation tower were carried out and the results indicate that the failure of the backing device is due to SCC in wet hydrogen sulfide environment. CI- and intergranular corrosion promote the cracking. The proposed control measures are also listed.
