摘要
从产品设计的通用性考虑,对产品的主要零部件进行优化设计,可缩短产品的设计周期,也可减少产品库存,降低制造企业的运行风险。现以电站辅机设备中的低压加热器为例,在分析原有设计模式的基础上,提出统一管板布孔和优化换热管的标准化设计方案,推进企业的标准化设计进程。
In consideration of generality of product design, optimizing the design of the main components of the product can shorten the product design period and reduce the inventory of products so as to reduce the operation risk of a manufacturing enterprise. Now taking the LP heater in power plant auxiliary equipment as the example, based on the analysis of the original design mode, the scheme of unified hole arrangement on the tube-sheet and standardization design of the ootimized heat transfer tubes shall be out forward to promote the standardized design nrocesses.
