摘要
高职教育是不同于本科教育的职业教育,培养的是高素质高技能的实用性人才,侧重于实践能力的培养。对于高职社会体育专业人才的培养同样应注重学生的实操能力,本文试将作为体育专业核心课程的篮球课程通过围绕高职专业人才培养目标,在教学中实行课程标准"均衡化"、教学内容"现代化"、考核方式"多样化"以及课程实训"公司化"的"四化"改革模式,培养以就业为导向的理论、实践于一体并达到够用、管用、实用的一线的高素质综合型体育专业人才。
Vocational education is different from undergraduate education, vocational education, and culture is the practicality of high-quality high-skilled talent, focus on practical ability. For the cultivation of higher vocational social sports professionals also should focus on students＂ practical operation ability, the article tries core curriculum as the sport of professional basketball courses by professionals around the Vocational training objectives, the implementation of curriculum standards in teaching ＂equalization＂, teaching high content ＂modern＂ assessment methods ＂ diversity＂ courses training ＂corporatization＂ of the ＂four modernizations＂ reform model, develop employment-orlented theory, practice and achieve enough, useful, practical first-line quality of comprehensive sports professionals.
