摘要
某铀矿山由于历史原因,对周围局部环境造成了一定的影响,导致周围群众多年来信访不断。结合该铀矿山最近的一次突发环境信访事件,介绍事件的基本情况及处理过程,总结环保部门采取的环境监管及环境信访应急措施。认真分析存在的问题,指出群众环保意识提高、铀矿监管体制不顺、信访秩序有待规范、核工业标准不完善是事件发生的主要原因,同时从明确监管职责、抓紧开展退役治理工程、加强废水排放管理、加强公众宣传等方面,提出了加强铀矿山环境保护工作的建议。
A uranium mountain caused negative influences on surrounding environment due to historical reasons, leading to consecutive complaints from the public. Combined with recent emergency environment complaint events of uranium mine, this paper introduces basic situations of the event and related treatment process. Analysis on existing problems shows that the main reasons includes improvement of environmental protection awareness, deficiency of regulatory system, flawed complaint system and unstandardized uranium industry standard etc. This paper also puts forward suggestions such as clearance of regulatory duties, carry out treatment project, strengthen the waste water discharge management and enhance the publicity and so on.
