摘要
近年来我国城市不断发生暴雨洪灾,导致城市出现严重内涝,直接影响了城市居民的生活并造成很大的经济损失,甚至人员伤亡。城市是政治、经济、文化中心,一旦遭受洪灾,将造成巨大的政治影响和经济损失,可见分析城市暴雨洪灾原因、提出相应对策显得十分重要。主要分析城市暴雨洪灾内涝原因,并探讨应对措施。
In recent years rainstorms happened ceaselessly in our country city, causing the city appeared serious waterlogging, directly affected the lives of city residents and caused a great economic loss, even casualty. City is the political, economic and cultural center, once suffered flooding, it will cause huge political and economic losses. So city rainstorm flood causes of analysis, putting forward cor-responding countermeasure appears very important. This paper simply analysed the rainstorm waterlogging reason in the city, and ex-plored the countermeasures.
