摘要
目的:观察欣胃颗粒治疗气阴两虚兼血瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效。方法:将120例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组60例,用欣胃颗粒进行治疗,对照组60例,用中成药胃复春进行治疗。用药3个月后将两组中医证候疗效、胃镜及病理组织学检查结果进行比较。结果:治疗组和对照组的中医症候疗效有效率分别为96.67%,86.67%;胃镜有效率分别为85.00%,71.67%;病理组织学检查结果有效率分别为85.00%,78.33%。两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:欣胃颗粒对于气阴两虚兼血瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎临床症状的缓解和胃黏膜的恢复有较满意的疗效。
Objective：To observe the curative effect of Xinwei articles on chronic atrophic gastritis with deficiency of both Qi and Yin with blood stasis.Methods：120 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of 60 patients with Xinwei particles for treatment,and 60 cases of control group with traditional Chinese medicine Weifuchun for treatment.Use medicine for three months and the curative effects,upper and histologic examination results were compared.Results： Treatment group and control group of sickness curative effective rates were 96.67% and 86.67%;effective rates were 85.00% and 71.67%;effective rates Histologic examination results were of 85.00% and 78.33%.There were significant differences between two groups（P0.05）.The treatment group was significantly higher than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Xinwei particle for the symptom and chronic atrophic gastritis deficiency of both Qi and Yin with blood stasis can alleviate the symptom and be helpful for patients to recovery,which has a satisfactory curative effect.
