摘要 糖尿病肾病是慢性肾衰竭及终末期肾病最主要的原因之一。肾脏的功能可以通过多种方法检测和评估,近年来,在对肾脏疾病的初诊和后续随访中发现,尿酶,特别是N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG),被认为是一种相对简单的、经济的、快速的、非侵入性的监测指标。大量对糖尿病患者的研究表明尿NAG的升高是早期糖尿病肾病的预警信号。 Diabetic nephropathy(DN)is one of the most common causes of chronic kidney failure and end-stage kidney disease in the world.The kidney function can be assessed by a number of methods.In recent years,the urinary excretion of enzymes,in particular N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase(NAG),is considered a relatively simple,cheap,fast and non-invasive method in the detection and follow-up of renal tubular function under various conditions.Lots of studies in diabetic patients have also shown that the elevation of urinary NAG is an early predictor of the development of diabetic nephropathy.
