摘要
概述医学信息资源的概念及特征,分析信息环境下医学信息资源建设利用面临的挑战,提出相应对策,包括积极推广应用信息资源"零增长"理论,确定医学信息资源采集重点与采集方式,进一步加强用户信息意识,加强馆藏信息资源复合化发展,构建馆际间协作和资源共建共享机制。
The paper overviews the concept and characteristics of medical information resources,analyzes the challenges of medical information resources construction and utilization under information environment,puts forward corresponding countermeasures,including actively promoting the application of information resource ＂zero growth＂ theory,fixing medical information resources collection key points and collection methods,further strengthening users＇ information consciousness,promoting the composite development of collection information resources,constructing interlibrary cooperation and resource sharing mechanism.
