摘要
从"产学研"相结合的角度对高校家政教育的发展进行了探讨。分析指出,我国家政服务产业的整体水准滞后于市场需求的原因在于家政教育的落后和人才培养不足,而家政教育落后的症结在于家政教学与实践的脱节,应把"产学研"结合提升到学科发展的高度予以重视;探讨了高校家政教育实行"校企合作"和创办高端的家庭服务企业的必要性、可行性和相关注意事项。
The paper analyzes the development of higher education of Home Economics in China by means of the mechanism of combining learning with research and production. The results showed that the main reason for the poor development of the domestic service industry of China was that the education and personnel training of Home Economics was unsatisfied, which was further caused by the fact that theories of Home Economics were divorced from practice. High emphasis should be laid on the mechanism of combining learning with research and production in the development of Home Economics education. Constructing large base of vocation training and launching school-run enterprises of domestic service may be the feasible way. The author also discussed the necessities and feasibilities of cooperation between colleges and enterprises in the domestic service industry and made several remarks for the cooperation procedure.
