摘要 在分析攀钢煤化1#焦炉现状的基础上,提出了建立数据采集监视系统的必要性和紧迫性。首先在1#焦炉现有软、硬件的基础上,引入三层交换机和施耐德电公司的OPC Factory Server实现了控制网络与外部网络的物理和逻辑连通;其次,使用OPC技术、面向对象编成技术完成OPC Client的编制,实现了生产实时数据的采集与存储;最后,利用数据订阅发布机制实现了1#焦炉炼焦生产过程的实时监视。该系统的实现,为管理技术人员实时监视焦炉的生产状况、合理安排生产计划提供了可靠的依据。 Based on the analysis of current status of Panzhihua Iron and Steel 1# coking furnace, it is necessary and urgent to set up a data gathering and monitoring system. First, the system realizes the controlling of both physical and logic connectivity between internal and external network by importing three-tier switch and Schneider's OPC Factory Server based on the current software and hardware infrastructure of 1# coking furnace. Second, it realizes real- time data gathering and storing by developing an OPC client application using OPC and Object- oriented programming. Finally, it realizes real-time monitoring of production process of 1# coking furnace. As a result, the implementation of the and technical personnel to monitor in real-time system provides a reliable basis for management the production status of coking furnace and to arrange production plan reasonably.
