摘要
PLC是为适应工业环境而设计的一种可编程逻辑控制器系统,这一技术是继电接触控制技术和计算机技术有机结合的产物,解决了传统控制系统耗能高、内接线复杂、灵活性较差、可靠性低等缺点。文章就对多级输送带控制系统设计中PLC的应用进行分析,从硬件和软件的设计方面加以论述,从而明确PLC在多级输送带控制系统设计中的实践应用。
PLC is to adapt to the environment and industrial design of a programmable logic controller system, this technique is relay contact control technology and computer technology combined product, solve the traditional control system in high energy consumption, wiring complex, flexibility is bad, the low reliability shortcomings. This article is to multistage conveyor belt control system design in the application of PLC analysis, from the design of software and hardware aspects discusses, thus clear PLC in the control system design of multistage conveyor belt practice.
