摘要
针对斜齿轮在装配时因传动轴不平行而引起的冲击应力问题,利用建模软件Pro/E建立其模型,并结合有限元分析软件ANSYS对其进行了仿真分析,计算出斜齿轮在不同的轴不平行度下轮齿所受应力的分布情况。分析表明,齿轮副在啮合过程中所受的冲击应力,随着轴不平行度的增加而增大。
The present paper, focusing on the impact stress problem caused by shaft nonparallelsm when bevel wheel is assembled, establishes the model with the help of modeling software Pro/E and combines with finite element analysis software ANSYS to make a simulation research, then the author calculates the stress distribution situation of gear teeth under different shaft nonparallelsm. It shows that the impact stress of gear pair in engagement process increases with theaddition of shaft nonparallelsm.
