摘要
总结和分析了我国化妆品安全法规、标准和监管体系的现状。提出了在我国化妆品安全立法和监管中应建立的管理措施,以提高我国化妆品安全保障水平和监管效能。
This paper reviewed the current situations with regard to cosmetic safety regulation,relevant standards and management and supervision in China.Some administrative measures concerning safety legislation as well as supervision,to improve the cosmetic safety level and ensure the efficacy of regulatory,were advised in the paper.
