摘要
目的研究工作场所健康促进(WHP)可持续发展的机制和策略,为推进我国开展WHP工作提供可借鉴的方法与模式。方法采用文献法对国内、外WHP相关资料进行查阅、鉴别与整理;对参与全国工作场所健康促进试点项目的 25名相关人员进行访谈,包括卫生行政部门官员、专家、企业管理者和员工。结果政府主导和政策支持,开发WHP实用工具并进行网络化,赋权,挖掘利用内、外部资源是WHP可持续发展的有效策略。结论 WHP可持续发展策略科学、可行,对在全国范围内深入、持久地实施WHP具有现实意义。
Objective To study the sustainable development strategies for workplace health promotion (WHP), to provide referential method and mode for advancing WHP in China. Methods With literature method, relevant policies and documents were gathered and reviewed. A total of 25 health officials, experts, business managers and employees participated in national WHP pilot project were interviewed. Results Government-orientation and policy support, WHP toolkits development and networ- king, empowerment, more use of internal and international resources are effective strategies for promoting sustainable develop- ment of WHP. Conclusion The sustainable development strategies of WHP are scientific and feasible. They have important practical significance to advance WHP in China.
