摘要
医院合理合法地收取医疗服务费用是医院生存和发展的重要保障,而规范的物价管理正是实现这一补偿方式的重要保证。医院应有相对完善的组织机构,健全的管理制度和措施,设立物价部门和专职物价员。加强医院物价管理员的物价管理业务培训,提高他们的物价管理水平和管理能力,是促进医院持续稳定健康发展,打造诚信医院的必要保证。笔者结合实践经验就以上问题进行了探讨。
Charge the medical service cost lawfully and reasonably is an important guarantee to survival and development for the hospital.However,the standard price management is the important guarantee to achieve the compensation mode.The hospital should own the relatively consummate organization,sound management system and measures,setting up commodity price departments and full-time price member.Strengthening the business training of price members,and improving their price management level and ability,is the necessary of promoting the hospital stable healthy development and making good faith hospital.The above issues is discussed by the author combined with the practice experience.
